Just a few pictures from the shower today. The bride to be with her mother and mother in law.
Susie and Rachel came from Tucson. Cute picture of Steph and Rachel!
It was nice to see so many of our friends that we grew up with in church. All these Esgar ladies hosted the shower. Mom Esgar helped with my bridal shower 27 years ago. During the shower, Valerie reminded us of some of the things that Bobby did at her wedding that made them laugh and I remembered afterwards that I was actually due to have Kyle on the day of their wedding. I hope I'm not pictured anywhere in their wedding album. It was a nice shower and Kyle and Ashley received a lot of nice things. They are both blessed to be surrounded by such great friends and family.

The Tour
We didn't move far, but we went from this.... to this.
Here it goes.....
This is the entry way. As you walk through this is what you see to the right. A few things to remember my favorite place....the beach.
The first hall to the right you will find Tiffany's room.
Remember all those build-a-bears that she just had to have? Look where they are now since she doesn't play with them anymore.
And her bathroom.
We made the other bedroom down this hall our front room since we don't have a living room anymore.
Down the entry way to the left is the laundry room and our office. (Still unpacking this room.)
On the right, in the back is our family room.
On the left is the kitchen.....
and dining room.
Our room is off the kitchen/dining room.
And our bathroom.
The yard, very simple. We saw a lot of houses with just dirt or only rocks in the backyard but this one at least had a patch of grass for Miley. Really, the rocks Miley!!??
Bobby has already started to dress up the yard a bit with a walkway to the grass and planting a couple of trees. We are still working on getting the patio dressed up.
Tiffany is enjoying being closer to the school. No more bus ride, she walks home with her friend Sydney who lives at the end of the street. At the other end on the street is a nice little pocket park where they meet up and have picnics. In the middle, is a splash pad. In the summer time it sprays out water.
There you have it. Smaller yes, but we are making it work. A few things that I won't miss..... the stairs, cleaning 4 bathrooms, cleaning an additional 1800 square feet and the electric bills. Things I will miss... our Flower St. neighbors, running the dishwasher and dryer at night (the dishwasher is right outside of our room. Too noisy!), additional space, a 3 car garage but mostly THIS!!!

5th grade Extravaganza
Here are a couple of pics from the extravaganza at the school. Tiffany was in a play (she lived on a farm which explains the outfit and hair do) and this is her simple machine project that was on display. She made it and painted it herself. (Remember we are the Tartesso Tigers which explains the paint job.) It is a scooter with a cup holder.

We've moved!
We are all moved in and just got our cable/internet and phone hooked up. Yes, 4 full days of no TV or internet. It was all good I guess. I had plenty of boxes to unpack but I don't know what happened on the Amazing Race, Biggest Loser, Dancing with the Stars and American Idol. I will be posting pictures soon.
