With the help of Rod and Bill, Bobby has turned Kyle's old room into a workout room. My foot is doing a lot better now that I am not on it all day so I walked a mile on the treadmill today. Hopefully, my foot will be okay so that I can start walking a little more each day. Cross your fingers!!


Now, all I need is someone like Jillian from the "Biggest Loser" to yell at me and make me get in there and do it!!

Camping Weekend

We had a great weekend with our Sunday school class up in Williams this weekend. We played games,

went fishing,




(Bobby had the first catch of the day, but it was Sherry who came away with the biggest fish!! Way to go, Sherry!!)

and just sat around visiting with our friends.



Miley did really good. This was her 2nd time camping with us. They had a cute little dog park that she could go play in. (Check out Tiff's blog to see what Miley learned in the dog park.) There wasn't any grass, only dirt and rock so you can imagine what our cute little "white" dog looked like after this trip. She started out like this......

so before I even let her down in the house, I gave her a bath. Yuck! Look at the color of that water!!The weather was great! Did you notice the jackets? Check out the temperature when we left this morning at 11:00 to come back. Nice!!

Swim Meet

Tonight The Buckeye Bullfrogs swam against the Centennial Stingrays. Tiffany swam the backstroke leg of the Medley Relay in which her team placed 7th. Next, it was the 25 yard butterfly where she came in 3rd. Last, the 50 yard breaststroke and she took 5th place. Here are some pictures from the night.


I decided to give up the ribbon job and move up to the timing position. I like it better.
She has swam in every event so we can see if she is able to improve on her times next week.

Swim Meet in Wickenburg

Last night was the first swim meet of the summer. She ended up swimming in 5 events. She swam the 100 yard individual medley, 200 yard freestyle relay (2 different times because they needed an extra person), 25 yards of backstroke and 50 yards of freestyle all in 1 1/2 hours and came home with 1 - 3rd place and 4- 4th place ribbons. Pretty good start especially after missing all week of practice last week.

Today while we were getting ready to leave for swim team, Tiffany comes down stairs with this.

She lost her first molar while eating a starburst candy. Disgusting!!

Swim Team

We are in week 4 of swim team and preparing for the first meet on Thursday, in Wickenburg. I don't know if she knows yet, but this year Tiffany has to swim 50 yards of each stroke.
