Tuesday, April 1st , I found myself being reminded of Bobby's Mom throughout the day since this would have been her birthday. She died of head injuries after taking a fall, in 1996 while on a mission trip in Germany. Here are some pictures I found of her. (Tutu, to her grandchildren)
As you know, it was also April fools day. I got the 6th graders good. I closed the doors, put up the snack cart and when they came to lunch, I told them that we ran out of food. It was pizza day so they were not happy until I yelled "April fools"!! Were you fooled today?
On Tuesday evenings Tiffany has dance. She is taking a hip hop
class and enjoying it.(I remember the many times our dancing neighbors tried to get her to dance, but she wanted nothing to do with it.) The girls costumes came in and they were so excited they put them on over their clothes and performed
their dance for me. I can't wait for the recital! Go Tiff!!

Bobby's mom was so sweet - I'm sure you have many great memories of her - I remember the pumpkin cake she would make for Bobby on his birthday - Tiffany is so grown up - I LOVE her costume - you know, Daisey Mae does Hip Hop and Ballet - I'll post photos on my blog later!
I did not miss the white skirt memo - I CHOOSE to wear a dark color - more slimming you know - HA!
