Extreme Couponing?

No, I don't want to get to that, but I am really pleased with what I have saved so far when I put to action some of the things that I learned at a coupon class that my friend had at her house. Never new you could stack coupons or use other store brand coupons and get your store brand items. I don't go in the store with lots of coupons, just the right ones and look at the savings.

Week 1: Bought $199.17 worth of groceries and paid $106.97. That's a savings of $92.20. Not bad for my first attempt!
Best buy: Hair color...on sale for $6.99, coupon for $2 off from Target and stacked with a $2 off manufacturer coupon. Finally cost $2.99!

Week 2: Bought $170.49 and paid $96.58. A savings of $73.91.
Best buy: $2 off any dairy item with the digital Frys coupon. I bought a gallon of milk for .53!

and all things that I use! Yay for me!!
