Repeat!
I am paying for the fun I had at our picnic on Saturday. My foot started hurting again and when I went in to see my foot doctor, he gave me 2 more cortisone shots. I am not liking this!!

Robin had some orthotics made and she is loving them - I think that is what you need - are you stretching? - drop your heel off the stairs!! You can only have some many of those shots!! What a bummer!
